Beautiful vintage late 90s Y.K. PRESE by Yoshiyuki Konishi pleated blouse, made in Japan.

-Permanently pleated fabric

-The chest and shoulders are decorated with delicate three-dimensional floral appliqués made from sheer pleated fabric
