You have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return. Past this window, return requests will unfortunately automatically be denied.
For customers within the European Union, the legal 14-day withdrawal period applies in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.

Please note that all items sold by Depot Sauvage are vintage or pre-owned unless otherwise stated.
Due to the nature of vintage clothing and accessories, minor signs of wear, aging, imperfections, or patina should be expected and are considered part of the character and history of each piece.
Any major flaws, repairs, stains, or noticeable defects will always be disclosed in the product description and/or photographs.
Colors may vary slightly depending on screen settings and lighting conditions.
Measurements are provided as accurately as possible. Please review all measurements carefully before purchasing, as vintage sizing may differ significantly from modern sizing standards.
By purchasing from Depot Sauvage, the customer acknowledges having read the full item description and viewed all available photographs before completing their order.
Return Shipping Cost And Custom Fees
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received was incorrect or significantly not as described.
Buyers are responsible for any custom fees that the seller may have to pay in order to collect the return package. Custom fees will be taken out of the refund. Please make sure to take this into consideration.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain items are non-returnable. If applicable, this will always be clearly mentioned in the product description before purchase.
Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
