US tariffs and custom fees
All import duties, customs fees and tariffs are fully covered by us when using our standard shipping service.
The price you see at checkout is the final price you pay. No additional customs charges or import fees will be collected upon delivery.
Please note that this policy applies to standard shipping only. Express shipping services (such as UPS) may be subject to different customs procedures and are not included in this guarantee.

Packaging
Depot Sauvage uses simple unbranded packaging, including recyclable cardboard boxes and protective mailers in an effort to reduce unnecessary waste while maintaining safe shipping standards.
Orders are wrapped in simple white tissue paper and finished with reclaimed vintage lace ribbons or repurposed antique French linens whenever available.
Packaging remains intentionally minimal in order to reduce unnecessary waste while preserving the quiet and personal character of each shipment.
Keep and re-use vintage linens and lace ribbons.

Processing and shipping 
Orders are typically processed within 1–5 business days unless otherwise stated.
Once shipped, customers will receive a tracking number by email.
Please note that international delivery times may vary depending on destination country, customs processing, and local postal services.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees required by their country.

Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly before completing your order. Depot Sauvage cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, unclaimed delivery, or refusal to pay customs fees, shipping costs will not be refunded.

For high-value orders, signature confirmation may be required upon delivery.
